On the heels of all the Red Carpet viewing with the Winter Awards shows, we thought we would take a moment to share a few of our own Ihloff Holiday Party Red Carpet Trends. Our event was held at the Tulsa Hyatt Regency Hotel on January 7, 2017. We enjoyed a slide show of 500 photos from our very eventful 2016 while we began our sit-down dinner. As the lovely meal progressed, we heard talented song, gave away prizes, cheered on a limbo contest, and danced into the night.
As we reflect on 2016, we turn to our values of Teamwork, Excellence, Wellness, Learning, and Sustainability. 2016 was a banner year for all of these! Life transitions occurred, both happy and sad, and throughout each of these our team lifted up and supported one another in the most amazing and sincere way. We are a team of consummate professionals and we give our time and often our money to be continuously educated and inspired to give our salon and spa guests the best and most up-to-date experience in Tulsa.
We “sharpened our saws” by creating runway, editorial and photographic experiences to get out of the box and show our stuff!! We involve in our community at too many levels to list, but our pet nonprofit is The Tulsa Girls Art School and we were honored to again support them at their Fall Fundraiser by partnering with the senior students to bring their art to life on our models.
In our staff meetings, we talk of wellness and bring in speakers to inspire. Earth Month is special to us and our sustainability efforts. This year our focus was again on clean water and our global partner was Global Green Grants, our regional partner was Gulf Restoration Network, and our local partner was Save the Illinois River. 
Our goals for 2017 are again to live our values and support our team, our guests, and our community with the gifts of our love and talent!
